If you cannot read pdf  file , please down load free  Adobe reader 9.0  or  Adobe Reader 8.1  or other down load site. If the Internet Explorer
cannot view the file, right click the mouse , then click  " Save Target As "   to download the pdf  catalog file into your computer for reading later.
