Special Dry cabinets
The dehumidified dry cabinets are special made system that incorporates
relay-timer logic control, desiccant dehumidifier, HEPA
filter system, internal ducted air circulation system , door opening monitoring
system with alarm feature. Each of the machine
has its own digital RH controller to monitor and maintain a constant RH value.
The system below is able to maintain 10% RH
at all time with frequent door opening. When the doors are open frequently, wet
air from the room at 50% or higher RH level tend to
enter the cabinet of 10% RH very quickly. The system below utilizes a
desiccant dehumidifier to counter the RH at a fast rate.
The results is that the RH is maintained at less than 15% RH within 5 minutes
from each door opening.
Special glove cabinets are for certain bio-medical application whereby very low
RH is needed for processing or packing humid
sensitive items.
